The room was large. The bathroom also had generous dimensions. There was a heating system. This system worked great during my January visit. Free parking was available. I found this quite beneficial.
I noticed a slight cooked food odor, I was on the 5th floor. It was similar to a cafeteria smell.

Staff members were helpful. Reception offered assistance, especially Martin. The reception operates 24 hours. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy. I appreciated the responsiveness and support provided.

The room was super clean each day thanks to the diligent maids. I found the staff very helpful, especially Alba at reception. The food and restaurant staff were really good, a solid 10 out of 10 in my book! The hotel had a peaceful vibe and a lively atmosphere.
I noticed the air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust. It made the room quite cold at night.

the room was huge and clean, i loved it! the air conditioning worked so well. the mattress was comfy, the bathroom was large! it was a short walk to the bus station. the bar had really great coffee. great value, i tell you!

The location is convenient to the train station. A short taxi ride gets you into town. The staff was really helpful and professional. I found free parking on site.
I requested extra pillows, but they did NOT arrive. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. There was also no fridge available.

The reception staff displayed a warm attitude. They were ready to assist with any questions. The lady at the bar in the morning was lovely, cheerful and chatty. I appreciated her help.

the air conditioning was not very effective, i found it difficult to adjust. the lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room was not ideal. the distance to the town center required either a bus or taxi ride.

friendly staffmissing facilities
i had such a good experience. the staff were so friendly, and the rooms were clean (i really appreciated that!). the big windows in the room offered lovely views overlooking the city. i found the location convenient with easy access to the main attractions using local transport.
i wish the hotel had tea or coffee making facilities in the room. it would have been a nice addition, especially for early mornings.
